Guides for upgrading between Audital API versions, SDK releases, and subscription tiers.
Subscription Tiers
Free Trial→Starter
- Complete trial assessment in Settings → Billing
- Select Starter plan and enter payment details
- All existing audit data is preserved — no re-integration required
- Rate limits upgrade immediately upon payment confirmation
Starter→Professional
- Navigate to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
- Prorated billing applies — you only pay the difference
- Additional features (Shadow AI scanning, Annex IV generation) activate within 60 seconds
- API rate limits increase immediately
Professional→Enterprise
- Contact your account manager or email contact@audital.ai
- Enterprise onboarding includes dedicated environment provisioning
- Custom SLA, SSO/SAML, and dedicated support channel configuration
- Data migration handled by Audital engineering team
API Versioning
The Audital API is currently at v1. All endpoints are versioned in the URL path. When new API versions are released:
- Previous versions remain supported for a minimum of 12 months
- Deprecation notices are sent 6 months before end-of-life
- Migration guides are published for every breaking change
- Your audit data and chain integrity are preserved across all version upgrades
